Call for Abstract

Abstract Submission Instructions

• Each presenting author may submit a maximum of one abstract.
• Abstracts must be submitted in English.
• All presenting authors are required to register for the conference.

Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts must be prepared using the official Abstract Template, available for download below.

• Word Limit: 250–300 words, excluding the title, author details, affiliations, and references.
• Language: English.
• Required Information: Title, author name(s), institutional affiliation(s), and the presenting author's email address.
• References: A maximum of two references, where applicable.
• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx).
• Submission Method: Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website.

Abstract Submission Process

1. Complete the conference registration process.
2. Log in to your profile.
3. Navigate to your dashboard.
4. Enter the abstract details and upload the abstract file.
5. Complete the submission process and pay the applicable fee.

Publication of Abstracts

Accepted abstracts will be published in the online Book of Abstracts. Only abstracts submitted by registered participants will be included.
